Meals:
We provide a healthy and nutritious morning and afternoon tea.
Parents provide a nut-free lunch for their child. We encourage healthy eating and can provide information if required. Each child bring their own drink bottle and we only allow water.

Our facilities:
Rockabye welcomes babies to
pre-schoolers.
We have two age-specific classrooms and children also enjoy our two large outdoor areas, which are safely equipped to encourage their sense of exploration and adventure.

Settling children:
For all parents/whanau and children to feel welcome and comfortable in our environment, we offer three compli-mentary induction visits.
We encourage an open communica-tion with families to best support each child.

Learning & development:
Our teachers value that children learn through play.
Each child is respected as an individual learner and will be holistically encour-aged to grow and develop at their own pace.
A wide range of resources are accessi-ble in an environment where children can research, discover and explore their interests and learning in line with Te Whāriki, the New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum.

Our Teaching Team:
All staff are Early Childhood qualified and registered through the NZ Teachers Council or completing their training.
All staff are Police checked and hold current First Aid Certificates.
Our management team have nearly 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Teaching.
